The New York Red Bulls announced the acquisition Tuesday of former FC Dallas defender Justin Che.
Che, 21, arrives from Danish Superliga side Brondby IF and is signed through 2028 with an option for 2029.
Che began his pro career as a homegrown player in Dallas and played in 15 MLS matches in 2021.
'Justin is a versatile player who has vast experience both overseas and in MLS, and we are pleased to have him join our organization,' NYRB head of sport Julian de Guzman said. 'He is an exciting, young player who will bring energy to our team, and we are looking forward to seeing him with our group soon.'
Che was loaned to German sides Bayern Munich and TSG Hoffenheim before a transfer to Brondby in 2023. He spent 2025 on loan at Belgian side Patro Eisden.
'Justin is an intelligent defender who has great speed and will help add to our backline this upcoming season,' Red Bulls head coach Michael Bradley said. 'He has played a lot of minutes all across Europe and will be another great person to add to our roster to help our club accomplish its goals.'
