Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid will sit out his second straight game on Thursday when Buffalo visits the Houston Texans, head coach Sean McDermott said Wednesday.
Kincaid missed Buffalo's 44-32 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday with a hamstring injury. He has yet to participate in practice this week for the Bills (7-3), who have tight ends Dawson Knox and Jackson Hawes on the 53-man roster.
McDermott also ruled out wide receivers Curtis Samuel (elbow, neck) and Mecole Hardman (calf) for Buffalo's game versus the Texans (5-5).
Wide receiver Khalil Shakir leads Buffalo in catches (46) and receiving yards (454), with the latter total being six more than Kincaid. The tight end's four receiving touchdowns lead the team.
Wide receiver Keon Coleman's 32 receptions are second-best on the team. He was a healthy scratch against the Buccaneers for disciplinary reasons, and McDermott did not announce if Coleman would return to the lineup against Houston.
