Lourdes Gurriel Jr. hit a walk-off single in the 11th inning and Gabriel Moreno hit a three-run homer in his return to the Arizona lineup as the Diamondbacks beat the Cincinnati Reds 6-5 on Friday in Phoenix.
Gurriel's single to center field against Scott Barlow (6-2) scored automatic runner Corbin Carroll from second base after Jalen Beeks (4-1) held Cincinnati scoreless in the top of the 11th inning.
Gurriel had two RBIs for Arizona, which won its third straight game following a four-game losing streak.
Cincinnati moved ahead in the top of the 10th inning when pitcher John Curtiss made an errant throw on Jose Trevino's bunt, allowing automatic runner Ke'Bryan Hayes to score from second base.
Arizona tied the game in the bottom of the 10th on Ketel Marte's one-out, run-scoring single.
The D-backs took an early lead in the first inning against Zack Littell after Geraldo Perdomo drew a leadoff walk, moved to third on Carroll's double and scored on Gurriel's sacrifice fly.
Cincinnati answered with two runs in the second inning against Ryne Nelson when Hayes doubled in a run and scored on Trevino's single.
Moreno had two hits and made an immediate impact in his first game back from the 60-day injury list. He suffered a hairline fracture injury to his right index finger while catching against the Reds on June 6.
Moreno's three-run blast put Arizona ahead 4-2 with one out in the third. After popping out in his first at-bat, Moreno turned on Littell's 1-2 splitter for his sixth homer of the season and first since June 10.
Littell gave up four runs (three earned) on four hits and three walks over three innings.
The Reds cut into the deficit with a run in the sixth when Elly De La Cruz hit a leadoff triple and scored on Austin Hays' groundout.
De La Cruz tied the game in the eighth inning with a run-scoring single against Kyle Backhus after Miguel Andujar lined a one-out double.
Juan Morillo replaced Backhus and avoided further damage when Hays grounded into a double play.
Nelson allowed three runs on four hits over six innings with two walks and six strikeouts.
